OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G Review

The OnePlus Nord series has its own popularity in India, everyone has excited to know about OnePlus smartphones. Here is another OnePlus Nord CE 2, Which was released in February 2022. The CE means Core Edition.

Display and Body Specifications

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G has 6.43 inches Fluid AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels 409ppi, the Actual Screen Aspect Ratio comes around 20:9 with a refresh rate 90Hz. The bigger screen size gives an impressive picture experience with the help of a fluid Amoled display.

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G screen is protected from Corning® Gorilla® Glass 5 is also nice that protects against damage from drops and scratches from hard surfaces to your smartphones.

The build quality of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 is really impressive and its weight is around 178 grams which is lighter and good

Camera Specification and Performance

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G has a triple camera setup featuring a 64-megapixel (f/1.7) primary camera; an 8-megapixel (f/2.2) camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 aperture.

The image quality of the primary camera is good in the daylight situation but in the lowlight situation, the image quality is not much impressive. The selfie camera is also working fine there is no issue.

Hardware and Software

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G comes with MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G (6nm) octa-core processor with two 6GB/8GB RAM variants. This processor is power efficient extending battery life for demanding users.

The smartphone comes with 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 1024GB) with a dedicated slot so users could not worried about storage at times of need. The OnePlus Core CE 2 runs OxygenOS and is based on Android 11. OxygenOS is generally developed by OnePlus exclusively for their smartphones.

Network and Connectivity

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G support all mobile networks including GSM(2G)/HSPA (3G)/ LTE (4G)/5G with Dual Sim (Nano-Sim) slot.

As far as connectivity is concerned, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G comes with (WiFi 802.11, WiFi Direct, Hotspot), Bluetooth  v5.20, GPS(Global Positioning System), NFC (Near- field communication), and USB Type-C.

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G comes with Li-Po 4500 mAh non-removable battery, which could be 5000 mAh & more. The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G also supports Super VOOC fast charging.

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G comes with almost sensors including an accelerometer, in-display fingerprint sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and, ambient light sensor.

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G is one of the finest smartphones of OnePlus as per specifications and user reviews after using the smartphone. The smartphone looks premium with a glossy finish. If we talk about the camera, the picture quality is impressive in daylight situations and also camera setup looks premium, personally, I love it.

Overall the performance of the hardware section of the OnePlus Nore CE 2 is also good, with no lagging issue at all. The Battery backup is quite well, giving more than one-day power back-up within normal use.
