boAt is a well-known company in India. I am using some products of boAt like earbuds and wireless speakers. One more product added in this row now is the boAt Wave Sigma smartwatch.
Frankly, I speak, I like simple analog watches. Most of my friends were using smartwatches. I decided to go for a smartwatch. I had googled every company smartwatches and checked every feature and technical aspect. The main aspect was price, I just wanted to buy a low-budget smartwatch with reliable health features.
Finally, after a long search. I decided to go for boAt wave Sigma smartwatch and bought this from Amazon for INR 1099/- with a credit card discount of INR 200/-.
Display and design
boAt Wave Sigma comes with a big screen 2.01 inch HD display bigger than other smartwatches. I am saying this because I did not find a screen protector for this smartwatch at my nearby shops then I bought from online. The brightness of the screen of this smartwatch is outstanding making every notification and activity seamless viewing experience.
boAt wave Sigma is perfectly designed with curved edges and a plastic body. The strip quality is decent, but it could have been better. It comes with IP67 sweat and water-resistant.
Fitness Features
boAt Wave Sigma comes with 700 plus active sports modes like walking, treadmill, running, badminton, football, and much more. It also comes with basic health checkers like Heart rate monitors, SpO2, Sleep monitors, Step counters, etc. The accuracy of Heart rate and SpO2 are nearly too accurate. Do not rely on this device just take it as a rough idea.
Compatibility and Connectivity
boAt wave sigma is compatible with any of these OS (Android or iOS). The smartwatch comes with Bluetooth version 5.2.
boAt Wave Sigma comes with Bluetooth calling, and can easily receive and make calls through your smartwatch. The sound quality is also good but noise cancellation is not there.
Battery Life
boAt wave Sigma comes with a 230 mAh battery which gives up to approximately 6 hours of charging backup, depending on use. I have observed that the battery backup of this smartwatch is good.

Ultimately, the boAt Wave Sigma smartwatch comes with various color options. You can buy from Amazon and its official boat website from a different pricing range.
Conclusion
boAt Wave Sigma is a good deal to buy with a price range of INR. 1299 to 1599/-. It is a good smartwatch in this price range with a bigger and brighter screen, 700 plus sports mode. The only issue I have faced is its connectivity, some time watch and my smartphone disconnect automatically. I do not know why this is happening.
